I just recently came in to get my 2017 sentra serviced and came out with a 2020 sentra. The salesmen John Stewart was very nice he cares about the customer I was very happy and comfortable with him. It took longer than we thought but Richard kept us informed at least daily and often more often. The only issue was wait time on a part. But that could not be controlled by the service department.
