Misinformation when car was bought as in tire rack included but wasn't on car. Being giving a different vehicle than the one that was test driven with a defect hatchback. Arguments about warning light coming on instead of explaining it and showing it. It was not a pleasant experience. It was very stressful. I will not go back to the Torrance location as this wasn't the first time I felt stressed dealing with them. I paid $4500 for the plan to have oil changes, tire rotation etc. And then they don't do it. I regret buying the car there. More
