Took car in for service, had same issue a year ago, told them to check history and replace same part. They ignored history wasted weeks of my time, crashed my car when I came to pick it up, sent it to body them to check history and replace same part. They ignored history wasted weeks of my time, crashed my car when I came to pick it up, sent it to body shop, repair was never done. Brought it back, they claimed it worked correctly, refused to do anything further. Had to take car to another dealer. Never go to this dealer! More
The service charge for diagnostics was not explained properly to me even after I asked for the price. I was under the impression that the price I was told was all inclusive not per concern diagnosed so properly to me even after I asked for the price. I was under the impression that the price I was told was all inclusive not per concern diagnosed so I ended up having to pay more than I expected because I had 2 concerns diagnosed. All in all a bad experience as I had to wait a whole day just to diagnose my car only to be told what I already knew. More
