Charged me nearly 3000$ for repairs and said my car’s overheating issue was fixed. Car overheated within a couple weeks so returned to the maintenance department and was told that I had a blown gasket an overheating issue was fixed. Car overheated within a couple weeks so returned to the maintenance department and was told that I had a blown gasket and needed a new engine. Then when I complained about being misled about previous repairs and that I should have been informed of the blown gasket from the start, I was given the run around. Management suggested I use my car as a trade in on a new car from their dealership, adding insult to injury. I told the manager of the service department that I didn’t expect Nissan of Torrance to make restitution for their deceptive business practices, I wanted to bring this issue to his attention because it was wrong to treat customers in such a manner and hopefully it wouldn’t happen to others moving forward.
