I came in to check on my battery because all of the power in the car was completely out. Marcell assured me that it probably wasn’t a big deal, he also notified me that it will be covered under factory warra in the car was completely out. I’ve brought my car in twice in a 2 and a half week span for engine issues that hasn’t been resolved. I left my car at the dealership twice (for 1-2 days each time), as well as took time off of work for my for engine issues that hasn’t been resolved. I left my car at the dealership twice (for 1-2 days each time), as well as took time off of work for my car to still have issues. And as of today my check engine light has come back on. Highly disappointed in the service I receive at Nissan of Torrance. Hence, the rating of 1 star. I think management and the mechanics at Nissan of Torrance are subpar. More
