She was professional, courteous, low-pressure, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products she sells. She spent countless hours researching vehicles and sending me videos of available vehicles, until last weekend when I finally purchased the vehicle. She even went out of her way to bring me the vehicle and deliver it curbside despite the fact that I lived an hour away!
