We are sorry to hear that it took some time to get your vehicle into our service department to be diagnosed and repaired. We are working to a solution to get our customers in a little faster than our current schedule allows us to now. We do have a shop size constraint that makes it difficult for our technicians to have to proper space to have multiply vehicles in shop and do their diagnosing. We are sorry that there was confusion on the communications on the status of your vehicle and we will take this information you have provided and try to establish a better process.
