I purchased my car from Norm Reeves Ford Cerritos and have always brought it in for servicing at this location. I’ve always been happy with the service I’ve received. This time was especially significant, as I’m getting ready for a road trip, Richard Juarez was my service writer. Richard went over and beyond to accomplish the areas of concern and some other areas not known at the time of writing up my service report. few months ago? I bought a used car at at this deal-ership. The sales person said the car had been mechanically inspected and deemed fit to sell on their lot. Less t I bought a used car at at this deal-ership. The sales person said the car had been mechanically inspected and deemed fit to sell on their lot. Less than 200 miles later, I was forced to spend a third of the purchase price to fix the power steering pump, tack snd pinion and front axles. During a subsequent call with the sales manager, he confirmed several items were overlooked when the car was inspected (per the service records). Due to their oversight I would be reimbursed. He said he would call me back in 24 hours. It's been 11 days and I have texted, emailed and left phone messages with no reply as of yet. I hope Norm Reeves does the right thing. More
