Rafael Gonzales was my service advisor when I brought my 2016 Ford Fiesta in for service on October 15, 2020. My vehicle had not been used for 3 weeks as I had surgery. The battery had died and I received 2016 Ford Fiesta in for service on October 15, 2020. My vehicle had not been used for 3 weeks as I had surgery. The battery had died and I received a Transmission malfunction warning. Mr. Gonzales explained that they could do an oil change and replace the battery, but could not do a transmission diagnosis due to backup in the transmission department. I agreed. Mr Gonzales returned to give me my estimate and asked if I could leave my vehicle because one of the transmission techs said they might be able to get to it if I left it overnight. He assured me that he would contact me the next day with an update. The next morning, Mr Gonzales called as promised and told me that my vehicle was ready. I am very happy with the service on my vehicle. Mr Gonzales was very professional and honest. He clearly explained what was done on my vehicle and what may be needed in the future I will always bring my vehicle to Norm Reeves for service. Mr Gonzales is an asset to Norm Reeves. More
