Service experience. 8/13/20 Due to Covid-19 I felt nervous. I came in at 7:45 for an oil change, and they had to check my door latches due to a previous recall, so I le 8/13/20 Due to Covid-19 I felt nervous. I came in at 7:45 for an oil change, and they had to check my door latches due to a previous recall, so I left at 10:15. I was told when I made the appointment that due to Covid, that there would not be more than 10 people allowed in the inside waiting areas at any given time. What was unsettling was that there was, after 8:30, a ton of people that came, and it became difficult to stay away from anyone, but at least everyone was was wearing a mask. On 8/20 I 'have to' come in to get new tires and I'm not looking forward to it, and hope my next appointment is a 'very long ways away' after this. I know that what we are going through is tough on everyone. Hope you all stay safe. Laura Westoby More

I had Rafael Gonzales as my service contact person. He was extremely nice, he listened to all of my issues I’ve been having with my vehicle. When I was able to pick it back up he had made sure my car had was extremely nice, he listened to all of my issues I’ve been having with my vehicle. When I was able to pick it back up he had made sure my car had been washed & vacuumed which is so nice for me. We did discover however that while the navigation system had been repaired, a few addresses would not come up, which I found strange since my previous vehicle (Ford Escape 2015) had no problem with the same addresses. Rafael did show me how to get the addresses & voice commands through my iPhone. One issue that should be addressed however is with your reservation clerks. I had been promised that a loaner vehicle same make & model as mine would be reserved for me, I called the evening before my scheduled appointment & again was assured there was a loaner with my name on it. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that there were no loaners. Between Rafael & the phone rep. they were able to rent a vehicle for me. I’m hoping that this type of issue doesn’t happen again. More
