CAR WOULD NOT START I had a recurring issue with the vehicle not starting - more than anything it was a safety concern. I had brought the car in a couple of times, bu I had a recurring issue with the vehicle not starting - more than anything it was a safety concern. I had brought the car in a couple of times, but the issue had not been fully addressed to my satisfaction. I spoke with Sean Osborne, and explained the problem in detail. Sean LISTENED to my recollection of the issues allowing me to give a full explanation without interrupting me, showed great empathy, apologized for not having resolved the issue to my satisfaction the first time, and committed to resolving the problem free of charge. As if that weren't great enough, he also gave me a two-year warranty on that specific issue, and fully detailed my car. Sean's actions have made me, and my family, lifelong Ford customers, but more specifically Norm Reeves customers - I will never buy a car at another dealership because of how Sean Osborne handled my situation. More

The Representative Daniel was very helpful. He explained my service to me. He also walked me to the lobby when I asked for a place to sit.
