The sales people are great because I'm sure they want to sell you a car. The service dept is the worst I've ever dealt with in my entire life. There is no communication, there is no follow through, their se sell you a car. The service dept is the worst I've ever dealt with in my entire life. They had our truck for almost 2 weeks, When we finally got it back they had patched a hole in the tire and it was leaking before we even got it back to the house. When we took it back the next day we made an appointment for the next Monday, sat there for 3 hours and then magically a nail appeared in the side and they said that it couldn't be patched. How convenient. The only redeeming person at that place with all the issues I had was a lady in customer relations name Marisol . Without her I wouldn't even have got as much accomplished as I did. I will never go back to this place again. More

I was very stressed about getting approved for a loan and being able to walk away with a reasonable purchase, but the team at Norm Reeves Ford was very accommodating and understanding when it came to my part being able to walk away with a reasonable purchase, but the team at Norm Reeves Ford was very accommodating and understanding when it came to my particular situation. I was unable to apply for a larger loan than was offered when Enrique in the Fleet Department was able to anchor down and really pull for a more suitable Truck at a lower cost to be able to still drive away with what I needed. The process can be a tedious one with buying a vehicle and I commend the good people at Norm Reeves Ford that put up and put out for their customers and really look out for your best interest when it comes to finance. Be HONEST and you will go a long way. Thank you Fabi for introducing me to Enrique, thank you Enrique for really working with me on finding the best suitable truck for the approval I was given outside of Ford Finance, and thank you Hugo for really educating me on the ins and outs of particular methods of finance and refinancing in the future.
