Very disappointing follow up and execution of request. along with extensive service, the day prior to picking it up; I requested an oil change… It never happened, but I got a few excuses. I ordered a Bronco for my wife on February and received the vehicle right on her birthday. I know the timing was a coincidence, but it maid buying the Bronco a great experience. Enrique was super helpful t the vehicle right on her birthday. I know the timing was a coincidence, but it maid buying the Bronco a great experience. Enrique was super helpful throughout the ordering process and was always in touch with us every progress the Bronco was taking. During the waiting period, I was reading on Bronco forums how dealerships where receiving the Broncos then calling their customers and still charging a markup after ordering so I was a little scared when I went to pick it up. Luckily Enrique and the dealership were not one of them and kept their promise and sold me the Bronco at MSRP. In spite of the fact that the new MSRP went up they still honored the original MSRP when we ordered. In addition Enrique's coworker Jorge was also very helpful and extremely outgoing and added to the great experience. Almost forgot to mention that when another coworker named Faby found out it was my wife's birthday she went out of her way to give her a gift, which we appreciated. In the end I highly recommend Enrique or Jorge for great car buying experience! More

Terrible service. I dropped my car off at 7:15 for a scheduled appointment. By 3:30, I has not received any updates on my vehicle. No answers to phone calls from advis I dropped my car off at 7:15 for a scheduled appointment. By 3:30, I has not received any updates on my vehicle. No answers to phone calls from advisor or anyone in the service department. My husband and I finally had to drive to the dealer’s service center to speak with someone at the end of the day, which was when the advisor said my car would be ready. Upon entering the service department, not one of the 8 persons there greeted us, even though none had customers. We had to ask for help. Apparently my advisor had left for the day. Still no idea about my car. Finally, another advisor got me my keys. Only half of the work had been completed. And they told me I needed new brakes, something that was supposed to be checked by them. I left with my car that evening, only half done. Went to my local mechanic two days later to get the work completed. The next morning, I received a text that my car was ready! I replied to the advisor that I had picked up my car the previous night along with my concerns. No reply from her. Very, very disappointing for my husband and I who have been loyal Ford customers owning at least 6 Fords during our lifetime. We will never come back to this dealer. Btw, I sent an online message through the dealer’s website asking for the service manager’s email address yesterday morning. Still no response. More
