So I submitted a web form on their website. No callback. E-Mailed several people in Management - you guessed it ! No callback. Called the receptionist and begged her to hand-deliver a message to the Finance Manager; was promised a callback by end of day. No callback. Very frustrated in their horrendous customer service and time wasted on this foolishness. After posting this review Lisa gave me a call, she handled all my issues immediately, was very friendly and helpful. Really appreciate the help! More
