Service Battery died in explorer that’s less than 2 years old. Evan in service said sometimes batteries are bad and I agreed. Wanted me to pay $144 for a diagnostic to confirm parasitic draw and I declined. He did it any way and said that’s the problem and he can’t provide me with a new battery. Took vehicle to Camping World and they confirmed battery was bad and their wiring was good. They said if wiring was bad it would’ve drained battery in a matter of months not 18 months. So I had to pay for a new battery which is fine but I won’t take any more service related issues to this dealer. They were great at time if purchase though. Oh ya when they brought me my car he handed me keys and said here’s your car but it was wrong car. Asked if they did diagnostic on right car and he said they had. More
