Over the last few weeks I called various Finance Managers @Ford, left 4 different voicemails, no callback. I thought perhaps it was an issue with their phone system. So I submitted a web form on their website. No callback. E-Mailed several people in Management - you guessed it ! No callback. Called the receptionist and begged her to hand-deliver a message to the Finance Manager; was promised a callback by end of day. No callback. Very frustrated in their horrendous customer service and time wasted on this foolishness. After posting this review Lisa gave me a call, she handled all my issues immediately, was very friendly and helpful. Really appreciate the help! More

Scratched weren't fixed, THEY ADDDED 2 MORE SCRATCHES !!!! BEWARE: MY TIME WAS WASTED AND I GOT RIPPED OFF! Scratched weren't fixed, THEY ADDDED 2 MORE SCRATCHES INSTEAD! I bought a brand new Mustang on Friday BEWARE: MY TIME WAS WASTED AND I GOT RIPPED OFF! Scratched weren't fixed, THEY ADDDED 2 MORE SCRATCHES INSTEAD! I bought a brand new Mustang on Friday 11/30/2018 with 19 miles on it from Norm Reeves Ford Superstore. Scratch #1 (picture attached) - Was there the day the car was purchased. Scratch seems to be under the clear coat. [On the driver side fender] My backup salesman Fernando told me to bring it back to get it buffed out. My Salesman Manny L. went home halfway through the transaction. The “Open Hood’ light was also on with the hood closed, but Fernando said the hood was closed securely and was safe to drive home and would also be fixed when I brought it back to the dealership. The “Open Hood’ light was not on when I test drove the car a few hours before I drove off after signing the paperwork. The “Open Hood’ light began to fail after Fernando deactivated the Optional Car alarm that I didn’t purchase. During the next several days I called Lisa M, the guest relations manager, a couple times to find out about the loaner. I drove my new Mustang for 12 days with the “Open Hood’ light on and was embarrassed when people asked why my new car was broken and scratched. I was desperate for the light and the scratch to be fixed. The loaner was ready on 12/11/2018, so I immediately took time off from work to drop off the Mustang for repairs and pick up the loaner. I was told the Mustang was fully repaired and ready for pick up on 12/24/2018. I took time off from work and went to finally pick up my new Mustang. The “Open Hood’ light was fixed, but I was outraged that Scratch #1 was not fixed and I was horrified that Scratch #2 was added. (picture attached) (Jose T. also noticed it and took a picture) Scratch #2 was added by the service department after 1st failed attempt to fix scratch #1. [On the driver side quarter panel] I showed Jose T that scratch #1 was not fixed and scratch #2 was added. He said he didn’t know what happened, but he would do his best to get the 2 scratches fixed. He asked me to leave the Mustang again and to take the loaner, so I did. I was told the Mustang was fully repaired (again) and ready for pick up on 1/7/2018. I took time off from work and went to finally pick up my new Mustang again. I felt completely numb to see that scratch #1 and scratch #2 were not repaired and scratch #3 was added. (picture attached) (Jose T. also noticed it and took a picture) Scratch #3 was added by the service department after 2nd failed attempt to fix scratch #1 and scratch #2. [Above the driver side door handle] I wanted to talk to a Sales Manager, but Angie H was unavailable, so I was told to wait to speak to Ed I., another sales manager. Manny, my Salesman was there and told me I could speak to Ed. I waited 15 minutes for Ed, but he never spoke to me. Manny told me Ed said for me to speak to Al G., the service director. Jose T asked me to wait and told me I could speak to Al. 10 Minutes later, Jose said Ed could not speak to Ed. Jose said he was unable to help me because no Managers were available. I was visibly disappointed, I took my new scratched car and left. I don’t know what to do, I wish I would’ve set foot in Norm Reeves Ford Superstore. I spent the last 5 weeks stressed, wasting time, wasting work vacation time, wasting gas, paying insurance and making a car payment for a new car I’ve barely had in my possession and has 3 scratches by Norm Reeves Ford Superstore. I WILL NEVER BUY A FORD AGAIN! More

Jose kept me appraised of the order progress, when it arrived and booked an appointment. At the appointed time, Jose got me checked in. Within 4+ hours was notified my car was finished. When I arrived to pick up my car Jose Torres had all the paperwork completely and ready for signature, within 5 minutes i was on my way home. A plus, the waiting room at Norm Reeves Ford Superstore is comfortable wit complimentary coffee, television and computer work stations available. More
