Parts and Service Department Excellent customer service. Very helpful from both departments. I did not get the name from the person in Service. My cigarette lighter fuse was out a Excellent customer service. Very helpful from both departments. I did not get the name from the person in Service. My cigarette lighter fuse was out and I needed a print out of the fuse box to take back to Autozone for them to replace. Artie helped me. I returned the next day because now my car alarm remote was not working. I replaced the battery at Autozone but that still did not work. After trying to program a new remote, Artie figured out that the rep at Autozone had moved a fuse around. Once we figured out which fuse, Artie and the guy from Service replaced. I was very happy with the service. I will no longer go back to Autozone. Thanks guys! More
