I purchased a 2011 Ford Focus and can only rave about the quality of service, professionalism, and overall attention to detail Joshua McFarland displayed. Joshua knew everything he needed to know about the v quality of service, professionalism, and overall attention to detail Joshua McFarland displayed. Joshua knew everything he needed to know about the vehicle, and was quick to point out features which were specific to my needs. I had visited many other dealerships in the Cerritos Auto Square on the date of my purchase and none of the other experiences could compare to Cerritos Ford. I was also received superior service from Manuel Mendez the Finance Manager. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle for Cerritos Ford and to receive world class service ask for Joshua McFarland. More

Cerritos Ford's Internet Sales department is the most unprofessional department I have ever come across. Sept 03, 2007 I requested a quote for a vehicle and had to enter my email address. I received a re unprofessional department I have ever come across. Sept 03, 2007 I requested a quote for a vehicle and had to enter my email address. I received a response a day later and was pleased. I received another response the following day, and then another the next. I requested to "OPT-OUT" per the email's instruction because I had all the information I needed and did not want anymore solicitation emails. I have sent response emails to the Internet Sales of Cerritos Ford Manny Jalandoni, Monica Martinez and Angie Marzinke asking for this to stop. I have received 6 solicitation emails to date. I have had to contact the Ford Corporate HQ customer service line and California' District Attorney Office because of their harassment. More
