JR Rodriguez was the sales person that found this car for me, and spent his time making sure that I understood how to use all of the features, especially the electronics. He also set-up many features that I needed to be automatic right away. JR listens to what the customer wants (I wanted safety and economy) and provides the best product available for the customer. Satisfied Customer I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Norm Reeves Ford Superstore. I found the vehicle listed on the internet and submitted an online request I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Norm Reeves Ford Superstore. I found the vehicle listed on the internet and submitted an online request for more information. Wesley responded very quickly, answered my initial questions and sent a link to a video of the vehicle. I came in to the dealership later that same day and asked to see Wesley, but was referred to Neri because Wesley was with another customer at the time. Neri took care of me for the remainder of my transaction which took place over a period of two days (Note: the transaction took place over two days, not because of slowness on the part of Neri or Norm Reeves Ford; it was because of me). Neri was extremely helpful, very friendly and conducted himself in a professional manner. He arranged for me to take a test drive the first day, and to borrow the car to show my wife the next day. Once I decided to make the purchase, the process was quick and easy. Luis Torres is the BEST! Best service ever I am new in the US so there's still no credit score or anything and I love the ford edge, but wasn't really sure I'd manage to get it. Luis Torres made it happen, he helped me all through the process, did his best to make it happen really, he even felt something wrong with the ignition and a problem with the window programming, he took me to the lobby (which has free coffee, power bars and trail mixes and soft drinks) and took the car to the service, insisted on changing the battery and reprogramming the windows, so I would have full experience and not need to come back for service again. I've never been happier in my life! More
