Labor Day Craziness There were so many people there this weekend! Even still Janice Rojas took her time showing me the options on the fusion was I was interested in and e There were so many people there this weekend! Even still Janice Rojas took her time showing me the options on the fusion was I was interested in and even tried to get me out of my car I only purchased a little over a year ago. I've been told no so many times. I was very apprehensive but she reassured me that there was no commitment or pressure to buy. I really appreciate the great customer service. Even though I could not make up my mind I will definitely be doing business here when I do. More

Don't expect Black Label VIP service here. This is the worst Lincoln dealer in the Southern California area, avoid at all costs. I contacted the dealer in regards to a Black label 2017 MKZ tha This is the worst Lincoln dealer in the Southern California area, avoid at all costs. I contacted the dealer in regards to a Black label 2017 MKZ that was showing available in their inventory. Surprisingly when I inquired, it of course was sold yesterday (Great bait and switch). The same vehicle stayed in available inventory for the rest of the week. I never heard back from the dealer so I reached out again a week later. This time I was told there we no vehicles in the marketplace available but they would be happy to sell me something else in "Their" inventory, I guess the dealer was unaware there are actual other Lincoln dealers in the state. I contacted another dealer and confirmed the vehicle was really available. I reached back out to Norm Reeves and relayed that their facts were false and I was told by Norm Reeves "Thanks for the Opportunity" what a group of unprofessional shady people they have there. Keep in mind the Lincoln Black label is supposed to provide VIP service throughout the whole process, with that in mind Norm Reeves should be stripped of their Black Label sales. More
