We appreciated the friendliness of Keveh and Ryan. While it always takes a long time to puchase a car, the time went by quicker with their great personalities. They only have competition with another sales it always takes a long time to puchase a car, the time went by quicker with their great personalities. They only have competition with another salesman from Power Toyota in Irvine that we've done business with before! Keveh was very patient and understanding as we researched and test drove various Civics. His non-pressure sales tactic is one that always makes us feel at ease and not under pressure when purchasing such a costly investment. I shopped the internet for a new Honda Civic. I actually shopped 12 different dealerships and it was amazing the service and price I recieved from Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos. Finance manager started lecturing us about taking better care of credit and making better decisions. Whe we said he wasn't our father and to spare us the lecture, he replied, "Well right now until you find care of credit and making better decisions. We asked to speak with his manager and he said he was the store manager. Unreal! This guy is the very reason the car sales industry gets a bad rap. AVOID THIS PLACE. More
