Bad experience. Waited over 3 hours for oil change. After seeing my car in parking lot I went to ask an advisor about it. He rudely told me to go with who helped me. Waited over 3 hours for oil change. After seeing my car in parking lot I went to ask an advisor about it. He rudely told me to go with who helped me. Original advisor wasn’t around until 10 min later. Overall not good. More

Service was good, joseph Vargas was friendly and thorough in explaining what I need. Waiting lounge area is quiet , missed the service for bringing customer home for longer service.
