They did not screw the medal compartment onto my oil change correctly. The whole front of my car was scrapping. It was extremely unacceptable that this happened. When I received my invoice they wrote down that this visit was for a ' break inspection' not that the metal compartment was literally out and loose. How do I know if this causes issues in the future that I won't have to pay for it? I am unable to have proof of what happened because they wrote something completely xx on the invoice sheet. On the same day I took my vehicle at the end of the visit Trevor also told me to ' give him a good rating or it would be awkward next time' I totally would've if he didn't xx the invoice sheet and write exactly what happened instead of trying to cover it up.
