Normally a good dealer to go to for service, however my most recent visit questions whether i should continue to go. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told I was due for new break fluid most recent visit questions whether i should continue to go. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told I was due for new break fluid so I added that service. I was a little unsure if i needed it but they have my service record in front of them and trusted that they know what I need (I’ve been going to this dealer for almost 8 years, and my current car for 3 years). When i got home i checked my invoice from my previous service 6 months and 8,000 miles prior. I saw I had paid for a break fluid exchange. I called the service department and they took a while before they finally let me talk with my service advisor. My service advisor had no explanation to why they thought I was over due for this service. They took the service off. When i went to pick up my car they still tried to charge me for the break fluid service, I had to walk through the whole invoice with them. What I didn’t catch but I wish I did while I was there is my service provider charged me for a Performance oil change on top of the normal oil change charge, I drive a honda civic…. I don’t need that performance oils and never get it! Regardless what is usually a good service center, failed me this time. More
