Pedro was great, fast and clear with the info prior to doing the final paper work, it was our first time buying a car and he was very helpful. The service from the financial department was also good. I think the only thing I don’t recommend is the Karr Security program, not worth it and not well explained. To be able to use that app you have to be standing next to the car or inside, so there is no point for the unlock option and the map to find the parking location never worked. More
