Trevor listened to all my questions and had answers to every one of them. Very knowledgeable. Oil change with appointment took nearly 3 hours, 2 hours longer than promised with the "Express appointment" service. Later that evening, the "check engine" light appeared. I called and left message for the longer than promised with the "Express appointment" service. Later that evening, the "check engine" light appeared. I called and left message for the service advisor (Ramiro Montes) and 5 days later, I still have not received a call back. After taking it to another mechanic to inspect the check engine light cause, it turns out the air filter case was not closed, the hose that goes into the air filter case was left unhooked which caused air to enter and the check engine light to appear. You would think a dealership service center would do a better job. VERY disappointing visit. More
