I was disappointed my regular service manager was not there after I specifically scheduled to come on a day he was scheduled to work. I decided to stay anyway since I was already there. It was the most crowded I had ever experienced and I wondered if people like myself were given priority since I had a scheduled appointment and thought scheduled appointments should be prioritized. I also questioned whether they had done a 'safety inspection' like they normally do because it wasn't on my paperwork. When I called back to question this, I was told the multi point inspection was done, but the new system they were now using and adjusting to had not noted this. I took their word, but that is something they definitely should get worked out because it is important to know everything that was done to your vehicle. More
