Bought Honda Insight on the spot without test driving cos I trusted Honda and especially Susanna! If Norm Reeves Honda is the industry standard then Susanna should be the standard for good salesmanship! Am glad that I bought by my Insight here and thru Susanna! Murat of Finance who prepared all the paper work is also extremely professional, honest and provided a lot of insights. He talked me into buying the maintenance warranty not because of pusher sales pitch but that actually I needed it to save money!
