He answered in a straightforward manner any question I asked. His responses were especially helpful to us in making choices. He knew the merchandise. He spoke confidently about why buying from Norm Reeves was a wise move in a way that made me feel it was for my benefit, not his or the dealerships. He built my confidence that, if I purchased from Norm Reeves, with his assistance, if I have a problem with the car related to the car in the future, he will assist me in getting whatever help/attention is needed. My only negative impression is not with the sales person but with the other steps once we made the decision to buy.
