Norm Reeves was the last Honda dealer I went to and was honestly going to be the last because I thought I wasn't going to be able to get a car but on the contrary, when my boyfriend and I got there Kan You approached us right away and was very nice he showed me the models I was looking for (pre-owned) and showed me other cars, and then suggested a new car was going to be better which I was unsure about. He offered to show me the prices and printed them models I was interested in and then printed the price for the new one in the end he gave me an excellent deal and was very honest with everything! Not only that, but he calls here and there to ask how I am and how I'm liking the car and if everything is working well with it he is honestly the best! Plus, he got me the best deal ever for being a first time buyer and I drove off with a 2015 Honda Civic! More

I have been searching for a '16 Civic for several weeks now and have been to a few dealerships to see the car and every single time of the three diffe I have been searching for a '16 Civic for several weeks now and have been to a few dealerships to see the car and every single time of the three different dealerships I visited, they were doing the same song and dance you experience when entering a dealership, you are almost tricked into going in to the "room of shame" where they hound you for hours on end. After the third dealer did a very similar move, I was ready to give up, I then went online and was replied back by Jenny Viveros from Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos, California. I admit that I was very direct in my approach and had explained to her in detail what I wanted, the price, the options, the color (both exterior and interior) and how I wanted my experience to be once I was ready to pick up the car and the exact length of time I would spend in the dealership. I asked that I wanted to handle most of the transaction via email or by text. Turns out she was under the weather but still assisted with my questions by text from home. The day of pick up, I arrived at 5:00pm and was out by 6:45pm, (most of the time was really spent me figuring out the features of the car). I was directly financed from the bank I bank with which cut me out a check to hand to the dealer, which I believe was the best option for me.
