The pricing on our 2014 Accord EX automatic was so low that at first we were at first suspicious because we read reviews how some dealerships play tricks once you visit the dealership. After reading the positive reviews about Norm Reeves it gave us the confidence to make the visit. We worked with the Internet sales manager, Ty, and he provided friendly and patient service. We test drove an Accord but wanted another one and Ty drove us to their off-site "warehouse" to get the Accord that we wanted and he patiently drove around to find that car. When we went to sit in Ty's office it was very friendly and pleasant experience--no push for any options that we didn't want on a standard Accord EX and he honored his Internet quote pricing without any problems. Even the finance department was good to work with as there was no excessive hard sell for add-ons and we got the super low American Honda financing on the new car. Ty called us the next day to check up on how we were doing with the new car and even answered questions we had a few days later very promptly. Overall we were very satisfied with the sales process and the excellent pricing--it makes us definitely recommend to our friends and family to make this dealership one of the top choices to buy a Honda vehicle. More

The payments will be easy for her to handle and the car is exactly what she wanted. Then on Wednesday, my daughter took her old car in and purchased herself a used 2011 Honda sedan.
