Great first time experience! - Santra Chhin My parents and I came to the dealership about a week ago looking at an Accord 2016 because we now have two people who will be attending college this y My parents and I came to the dealership about a week ago looking at an Accord 2016 because we now have two people who will be attending college this year at two different locations in opposite directions. We left that week because we were still deciding about the car and how to pay for it with the pricing that was given to us to pay monthly because we just bought a Toyota Highlander 2016 this year. Now we would be paying for two new cars in one year. He did everything he can to get us to a pricing that would help us make the payment easier. Mr. Kan You is a wonderful sales man! Perfect! I drove down to this location from Santa Clarita and found exactly what I wanted. Great to work with but be prepared to add $1k to get alarm Was promised they'd beat Truecar.com prices and they did! They worked hard to find me the exact car I wanted in the right colors. When we got to finance with George Habib, we found that the alarm was not included on the car but NO ONE told us that ahead of time. That is important. I would prefer the salesmen say upfront, "add 1k to price to include the sounding alarm because without it, there is no alarm. There is only an engine kill so the car won't start if someone breaks in." More
