3....2.....1.......DONE! I met with Vince 10/30 for a trade in value of my 2013 Pilot based on an email requesting to buy my current vehicle. I really never thought of tradin I met with Vince 10/30 for a trade in value of my 2013 Pilot based on an email requesting to buy my current vehicle. I really never thought of trading in my car although I was not overly excited about the Pilot. Vince took less than 5 min gave me a fair offer and I asked if he could help me with a friendly sales associate to look at what I may be interested in trading the Pilot in for. Chandika was there to greet me with a smile and non abrasive sales attitude. Chandika showed me a few cars and spent about 90 min test driving and explaining the difference in a few options I liked. I led the conversation of setting another appointment the next day which I liked that he did not rush me in. I came in 10/31/14 3:20pm Friday and drove home in a sleek Honda Accord Sport around 7pm. The process was fairly quick and painless due to the friendly updates from Edgar, Chandika and AJ (management). In the past it's the BIG GUY that makes you feel uncomfortable and nervous about the process. AJ was fair and met me half way on my offer without the headache of back and forth. I never felt the need to walk out playing car sales games to save an extra $1k, etc. I could go on and on about the friendliness of these 3 associates not to mention a couple others I can't remember names...... More
