This past Monday, my first-time visit to Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos CA, I finalized the purchase of a 2012 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite mini-van for my daughter and son-in-law with the assistance of sales person Rich Fisler, with whom my daughter had been in email contact. Not only was the out-the-door vehicle price Rich arranged truly exceptional, so was his service and manner. Based upon my past encounters with sales and support personal at other auto dealerships, I have learned to always be on my guard waiting for the here-it-comes moment. At Norm Reeves Honda, it never came. The whole car buying process handled by Rich from start to finish, including working with Finance Manager, Frank Wong, was painless, transparent and actually pleasurable. After we finished the paperwork and paid for the mini-van, Rich was waiting to answer any last minute questions and to help my daughter and her husband adjust some of the Odyssey's various settings as well as pair it with their cell phones. As we prepared to drive home, Rich reminded us that we had his mobile number should we need to contact him in the future for any reason.
