Service manager Cristina , needs to be replace,d. In my opinion doesn’t know how to solve issues. This is the 2nd time that she and I have talked about service at this location. Also a part from the cabin filter was found on the carpet from the mechanic?!, how can I trust the work at this dealer? I have had issues at Burma Park dealer service, but looks like this dealer is bad as the other one. Poor survive and “ignorance” from the service personnel!. More
