Thank you Aaron Perez for assisting us with alignment and especially with the A/C recall. Unfortunately we are still frustrated as to why Honda Civics are having so much problem with their A/C since day as especially with the A/C recall. Unfortunately we are still frustrated as to why Honda Civics are having so much problem with their A/C since day as a new car and even after a few years the A/C is still giving us problems which is annoying and now A/C recalls and yet it sometimes works due to now the Evaporator is still linking and blowing out hot air and why it’s extremely expensive to fix it, which we can’t afford. Summer is approaching and I don’t recommend anyone purchasing a Honda Civic due to their constant A/C problem, other than that it’s great. But we all need A/C and now we’ll suffer or row down our windows. Honda needs to fix this Evaporator, not me since this car has been having A/C problems since day one when I bought it brand new and is beyond frustrating to drive with hot air blowing out in the hot summer. Please let Honda be aware on our behalf. Thank you Aaron for being friendly, caring, courteous, patient, and keeping us in the loop. Keep up the great work. More
