Came in on 4/23 to have an oil change and the brakes inspected (rear brakes were making noise). Service manager states with documentation of inspection that the brakes were good but that I should repla inspected (rear brakes were making noise). Service manager states with documentation of inspection that the brakes were good but that I should replace all 4 tires. 4/25 purchased tires from another location and their mechanic state that the rear brakes were gone, called the dealer to inquire why I was told otherwise left a message with the service manager the helped me on 4/23 a text message was also told that a manager were call me back and have not heard from anyone! Why was I charged for the brake inspection if it was not completed, this is a safety issues and am very disappointed in this service I now cannot trust this dealership with the service they say they provided and I’ve paid for! More
