Everytime I get serviced information is never consistent with charges they were never discussed prior to. I’ve had many different advisers with majority of them being rude. Excellent service I have forgotten the name of my service provider but he was amazing! Kept me updated and answered all of my questions. my one complaint, the music was loud and irritating! Kept repeating the same loud aigiting rhythm Waited in lobby , nice environment set up to use my computer but struggled to concentrate. Ames if the music could be changed but the employees stated they had no control over it. Something needs to change. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and never minded waiting in the lobby since I could complete my work to pass the time. Not anymore. Since the pandemic, you no longer offer shuttle service. So I either have to pay for a ride home and back or listen to that music. Please change your music. Thank you! More
