I decided to give Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos a try after becoming very disappointed with the service I had been getting at Gardena Honda in the past couple of years. The communication with the service department needs improvement. I called to check status on my vehicle and there were days when I did not get a call back and the other days it would take several hour improvement.
