I took my car in because all my lights on the dashboard were on. They inspected my car 2 times and charged me $3,800 to fix the problem. Next day the lights came back on. Took it back and they inspected i were on. They inspected my car 2 times and charged me $3,800 to fix the problem. Next day the lights came back on. Took it back and they inspected it again. They wanted me to pay another $3,500 for more work. I reported it to the Bureau of Automotive Repair. This place is a ripoff. Next week I’m calling the news so they can broadcast it. More

I was greeted kindly by Mike, I informed him that I was there for an oil change and the last time both of my front lights was replace at Cerritos Honda the staff that replaced my light forgot to put back t there for an oil change and the last time both of my front lights was replace at Cerritos Honda the staff that replaced my light forgot to put back the passenger front wheel cover. When I returned to pick up my vehicle.He informed me the plastic part was there but it was loose and the staff clipped it back correctly. When I arrived to my vehicle I noticed the part was still missing! I went back to look for Mike and showed him the missing part. He did apologize for the confusion and place an order to get it replaced! Had he had looked prior like everyone in the past inspect the vehicle this would not happen. More
