I went in for an oil change and at this point, I’m not even sure I got the oil change. they tried up selling me tire rotation, even though I had complementary services from Honda when purchasing the vehic even sure I got the oil change. they tried up selling me tire rotation, even though I had complementary services from Honda when purchasing the vehicle. when I pick up my vehicle, they said that they had already rotated the tires free of charge as my service we’re still complementary from honda when I go home, I come to find out tire rotation was not even done makes me double guess if I haven’t got a oil change the only reason I know that they did not rotate the tires. I had an 9:40 am appointment for oil change. I was told it'll done by 1 pm. I went back to check at 2 pm. I was told my car was still waiting and not being worked on. I am very disappointed with Honda in general concerning my 2019 Civic Sport. I spent $200 to have an evaluation on the air conditioning system. I had the condenser replaced under the recall last year, only my 2019 Civic Sport. I spent $200 to have an evaluation on the air conditioning system. I had the condenser replaced under the recall last year, only now to have the evaporator go out now. This is not covered under the recall, and i was quoted $2600 to replace the unit. I told the service rep no because its too much money. He came back with a 10% discount. I still said no, and then he called me back to say that the service manager allowed a price reduction to $2200. I decided to shop around, and found a reputable shop that will do it for $1650. I also got a text from the service department stating that the car was due for a tune up and spark plugs, and then quoted me another $1200 for this work. This is outrageous and i will never take any of my 3 Hondas back to this dealership. More
