Disappointed after having to return to the service dpt for a mistake that was made on their end the first time around…getting my vehicle back the second time was an even bigger disappointment. My vehicle now has a deep scratch and a ding/chipped off paint, if you run your fingernail through the scratch you can feel how deep it is. Mind you I have a black car. I appreciate the help with the service at the end of the day but disappointed how Honda treats their client’s vehicles. And yes I would like for someone to reach out to resolve this issue. More
