I made an appointment for an oil change. I was told over the phone that they strive to get oil changes done in 55 minutes. When I got there I was told it would be 1-2 hours to wait. It ended I was told over the phone that they strive to get oil changes done in 55 minutes. When I got there I was told it would be 1-2 hours to wait. It ended up being 2 1/2 hours. No multi point inspection was done on the car during the oil change either. My initial paperwork showed that I had no appointment even though I did. One hand doesn’t seem to know what the other is doing. Fast, Quality service is not a priority at Norm Reeves Honda. My time is important too but Norm Reeves Honda doesn’t care. They treat you very poorly and are Not helpful at all. More
