I had researched the vehicle in advance as well the value of my trade-in. As I bought this car through the Costco auto program the price of the car was set quite below the MSRP. The trade-in value they gave me was excellent for my used vehicle. Everything went very well and I was pleased with how Cooper took time with me during the purchase process. The financing with Sam went equally as smooth. He was very pleasant to work with. After the paperwork was completed, Cooper spent time with me going through all of the functions of the new vehicle. Another amazing thing that happened - my husband was unable to come into the dealership to sign the papers. Cooper actually drove to our home after the purchase to obtain my husband's signatures on all the forms. How's that for above and beyond service!!
