Car buying made easier I had already identified the vehicle I wanted from pevious test drives. I had never tried the Costco auto program before so we gave it a go. We received a quote that we could compare to other dealerships' offers. It was very efficient for us to initiate an email dialog. We did not need to go into the dealership and waste time hunting for the vehicle we wanted. Quincy was our assigned Internet salesperson. and located my color vehicle and negotiated a trade with a sister dealership. Quincy was the person who actually performed the dealer trade in San Diego and drove my vehicle back to Irvine on the day of purchase. We knew exactly how much we were going to pay because Quincy sent us the negotiated Costco purchase price and the final OTD price ahead of time. Best part is no haggling prices back and forth! The price was quite reasonable too. We made an appointment with Quincy to come in and purchase the car. Paperwork and final vehicle inspection/intro took 2+ hours before we got to drive off with the vehicle...not bad! The entire process took a little over a week from initiating an email quote, negotiating a dealer vehicle trade to actual purchase. Thanks Quincy for being so accommodating and found us our exact vehicle with my #1 color choice! More
