Fast, friendly, service I showed up for my appointment I made online about an hour early, I did not have to wait around. I was greeted immediately and told no problem. After being greeted the gentlemen waked me into the building took all my information and then gave me all my options for my car. I did them all. He made it easy to choose by explaining each thing, pricing, and then the whys and why nots. Great for your business and great because my time was treated as valuable. Doing it all at once saves us time and allows me not to have to come back again before next service light come on. Great customer service! I am the second out of three generation who have chosen to go to Norm Reeves.
