Exceptional dealership experience. The most pleasant dealership interaction I had in the past couple weeks. I have been car shopping for awhile, and have been to several dealerships The most pleasant dealership interaction I had in the past couple weeks. I have been car shopping for awhile, and have been to several dealerships that have given me some incentives to walk in there. Unfortunately, most of the dealers are very shady and dishonest. I almost lost my faith on Honda dealership and was ready to go with a different car manufacture till I finally stopped by Norm Reeves Irvine. My brother went in first to make sure they are not like other shady dealerships and ensure the deal is final before calling me to go in there, because I live further away from the dealership. Alex Nazer is our sales person, and he greeted us upon our arrival. Since he already went through everything with my brother, I only needed to take care of the paper works with him. I asked him all the areas I had questions with, and not only he was patient with me, but also explained everything in details. After all the paper works were taking care of, he informed us the finance manager will be with us shortly. He kept coming back to apologize for the longer wait, and ensured the wait wouldn't be too much longer. Stevie is our finance manager. He greeted my family members and myself, and took us back to his office. He patiently explained all areas that I had questions with just like Alex did, and ensured we have no further questions before we walked out. He then informed Alex we were done with all the documents, then handed us over to Alex. Alex showed me my car and asked us to inspect it once again. We pointed out couple areas that needed to be cleaned, and he took care of it right away. He also showed me all the functions in the car and again, making sure I didn't have further questions. He even said to give him a call if I have any other questions. Wow, what a wonderful car shopping experience with Norm Reeves Irvine. Special thanks to Alex and Stevie for making this a happy car shopping experience after dealing with so many unpleasant ones that I had to just walked out of the dealership. When shopping for a car, you are looking for someone who is your friend to find the right car and right deal for you, instead of dealing with someone who only cares about their own interest. Honda dealership in Corona, Riverside and Diamond Bar, you guys need to hire more people like Alex and Stevie. They are the stars in this industry with exceptional customer service!!! More
