The price was so good that I didn't need to haggle or fret that I was not getting a great deal. Once I decided to proceed with James, I set up an appointment, and everything from that point on just continued the theme of transparency and convenience. James was respectful, honest, and easy to work with. The most difficult part of the process was on our end -- trying to decide between an Accord Sport and Accord Sport SE, as well as what exterior color to go with -- and James was accommodating throughout the entire process. A test drive ensued, and the remainder of the process (signing financing paperwork) was smooth. Kudos to James and team for a great car-buying experience! More

Sure enough, when I arrived, the service staff was wonderful and made sure my car was seen as quickly as possible. Not only did they check my tires, but the topped off all the fluids, checked my car battery, and washed my car! All of the staff was wonderful, particularly Edgar Rodriguez.
