Your service advisor, TOM LOWERY, handled the service that my 2012 HONDA CIVIC required.with professionalism. I had been taking my HONDA to the Service Department of the dealership where I bought it in 2013, but for various reasons, I decided to try NORM REEVES HONDA, and TOM and KATHERINE, your Service Department Manager highly impressed me with their caring for the customer and their helpfulness and professionalism and their genuine friendliness. I brought my previous service files with me just in case so TOM could go over them and he discovered I had a service previously done at the other dealership, and immediately removed it from what he was suggesting should be done to my HONDA. I considered this a very honest gesture on TOM'S part. He also informed me that I didn't need Lube and Oil service every 6 months as the other Dealership had advised. Long story. My HONDA got its Lube and Oil and a complementary wash. I asked that the brakes be checked as I was hearing faint squealing and TOM and the Service Techs found that I needed Brake Service. I made an appointment with TOM and came in the next day. He had advised me how long it would take and he was good to his word. The Techs did a great job on my HONDA and I am so appreciative. I cannot tell you how much it means to find a Dealership and a Manager like KATHERINE and a Service Advisor like TOM LOWERY who you can put your trust and faith in. They present an OUTSTANDING image for NORM REEVES HONDA SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Plus, I really liked you waiting room set up. A great idea to place seating like you have. It allowed me to get a lot of work done without distraction while I waited for my HONDA to be serviced. An excellent idea. And the coffee on hand was totally appreciated by me. As I told both KATHERINE and TOM, I had hoped to set up a relationship with your service department and after the service and help I have received in such a friendly and caring manner, that is now a total reality. I will recommend your service department at your dealership very highly ... and I will also recommend TOM LOWERY as the Service Advisor to ask for. And I will be returning for future service. I have always HATED the process of buying a new car, so when a friend recommended using AAA's program, I decided to give it a try. One thing I was worried about was that, after arriving at the dealership with my quote in hand, they would still try to put on the hard sell. But none of that happened as I dealt with my contact, Long Leho, and he was most professional and accommodating. He answered all my questions and understood where I was coming from with regards to how I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Only complaint has nothing to do with him, but with the Norm Reeves policy of having a credit app filled out even if no loan was being applied for (we had a cashier's check for the full amount). We walked around and found the car that I am now very happy with. The managers and financial people were just as friendly.
