Took my vehicle here for a airbag recall and left with a giant crack in my windshield on the side where they replaced the airbag. The service department rep told me they would call me back within 72hrs to giant crack in my windshield on the side where they replaced the airbag. The service department rep told me they would call me back within 72hrs to give them time to "review the video". Despite waiting a week and then calling three times, they never called me back. I contacted the Bureau of Automtotive Repair to help mediate my concern. The compromise that the Norm Reeves service manager was willing to make was the following: Because my vehicle came in with a crack on the driver's side and a couple other small dings from pebbles, the best they can do is offer me 20% off. So, essentially, I would be out $160 and they would cover $40. Even though I bought my two year old vehicle at a Norm Reeves back in 2010, because the company will not do the right thing, I will NEVER patronize this business again and nor will anyone in my family. I would recommend that you do the same. There are plenty of other great dealerships with integrity. More

I went in for a Costco deal, I contacted them too BTW like I told you I would CHO LEE, and got a very unimpressive offer of 46K for Hybrid CRV. I left, shopped around. The top 5 dealers on this page had lower offers by 2K. Bret Bailey emails me about offers. Higher then what Ethan sent me. I say no, no again. Then asks to be taken off the lists. Then Cho calls me even after I asked to be not contacted. CHO Sounded very genuine. However, I told him. I’m not going over there 30 miles for you to lie to me. I’ll write you a 1* review if you do. He said the same thing they all say. “JUST COME DOWN HERE.” They’ll make a deal. I very hesitantly drove there gave CHOL a good chance, showed him 2 offers I’d already showed him. He started changing his story that he was close to the offer. Got Gus Hernandez. Gus gave me his best deal which was higher than my offers on hand. I walked away raised my voice. Apologies for the scene to the other employees not Involved. I yelled to CHO I told you I didn’t want to come down her for this. Gus said he never knew about our CHO and my talks about rates.so CHO, sounds like this is your mess. PS they called me as I was driving away. just like in TV took off a couple hundred. They get credit for that. But I didn’t go back. I was honest I would write this review if they wasted my time and I would be very upset. I’m still upset. Cue their robot response below 👇🏻. More

As a previous customer I tried to lease a new car and sell our one. I guess business must be so good that you can have salespeople that ignore you, don't listen to your needs and that are just plain rud sell our one. Comparing NR Irvine to NR Huntington Beach is like night and day. I will not return to Irvine and I live 5 minutes away but will take the longer drive to Huntington Beach. More

I am now up to my 4th car bought at Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine. Every time has been a great experience. This time I had Mark Atalig as a salesman, and he did a great job. Even though I was just replacing o Irvine. Every time has been a great experience. This time I had Mark Atalig as a salesman, and he did a great job. Even though I was just replacing one Honda Pilot with a new Honda Pilot, he took the time to go over all the features. He made sure I got the colors I wanted and a great deal. The overall process was very smooth and efficient, and most importantly, he and the store did not waste my time. I would definitely recommend Mark Atalig as a salesman. Even with all that is going on with the chip shortage, Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine has about the best selection of any Honda dealership in Southern California, and they are the most reasonable dealership to deal with. As for their service department is also very friendly and efficient. They are honest about their times for completion (or if anything are ahead of time), they call with updates, and again, would highly recommend them for service. Overall, I am very pleased with my experiences with all aspects of Norm Reeves Honda Superstore in Irvine. More

Avoid NORM REEVES FOREVER I asked Joe to show me the cost of a car online, and asked if there were any additional fees or costs with the price advertised. He said only tax and DMV, so I used their site's online purchase option. I spent $200 on a car inspection and Joe still did not tell me about the additional fees. After I had already sent him my ID, insurance, etc., he said there would be $1118 +$1995 for an alarm I didn't ask for and some kind of paint coating that isn't installed yet. The price went up $3200 AFTER I had the car inspected and agreed to buy it at their list price. More
