It was the best car shopping experience ever. Burt was very informative and answered all my questions. He took us to each of your car lots until we found the right model and color. Then, Burt had me drive the car I chose to make sure it was right for me. He patiently went over the Eco Assist, Cooling System and Features. Burt even made sure we had plenty of water to drink due to it was very warm that day! I came in to lease a Civic and left with an Accord which I love. Burt delivers an incredible service and gives a pleasant experience. This is the 3rd Honda I have leased from you. Very professional, understanding, and caring are not terms that you would equate with the car buying experience but working with Muzelle was the best car buying experience I have ever had (and I’ve bought lots of cars).
