11-03-11 I went to Fladeboe Honda today, and havent been in there in several years. I usually went to Family Honda in RSM, but they have new owners, and seemed impatient over the phone. My Honda CRV 2006 runs GREAT! But For me, recieving my first Honda Recall notice, regular Oil changes & etc... and finding the time to have the repair is inconvenient. Needless to say, I was in an unpleasent mood.... Today I checked out the Fladeboe Dealership / Service Center in Irvine without an appointment. I found the people there to be "surprisingly": helpful & kind ! Being a name dropper, Service Reps: Silvia & Viviana, Mechanics: John & Doug had my Car Needs as their top priority, as well as completing the job efeciently and without much wait. I know Ray Fladeboe (looking down from Heaven) is proud that his dealership is in a positive, spiritual tone. More

Came in on recall notice. When I called for appt. was told 1 to 1 1/2 hours but service dept. indicated 2+ hours. I was out in 1 hour. The people at the dealership are not very friendly, I've gone to the parts department and waited more then 15 minutes and there was no one in line, everyone except the parts person walked by, I called Trave gone to the parts department and waited more then 15 minutes and there was no one in line, everyone except the parts person walked by, I called Traver for additional information and he never called back, just over all, not very satisfied with the dealership. I have always had a very positive experience with the service department at Fladeboe and especially with Sam Gilani. I would recommend Sam to friends. Although I didn't purchase my vehicle at Fladeboe in Irvine, it is very close to my house so I decided to service my car there. My initial experience was two tires that continually lost air pressure and Irvine, it is very close to my house so I decided to service my car there. My initial experience was two tires that continually lost air pressure and after numerous visits, it was determined that I had nails in the side walls of these tires and had to have new tires. Fladeboe gave me the best price on the tires...and I did shop around....plus at each place I visited to price tires, I was told I would need an alignment. Fladaboe told me an alignment was not necessary based on the low mileage I had on my vehicle. I guess they could have made an extra $90 off of me but they did the right thing and didn't charge me for something I didn't need. One thing you need when you service your car is trust. I trust Fladeboe Irvine to do the right thing. More

Sam Gilani is the reason I have my Honda serviced at Fladeboe Honda. He is always so professional, friendly, and trustworthy. He always remembers me by name, is happy to help me, and greets me with a smile (even at 8am on a Saturday!). I initially came to Fladeboe Honda when I blew a head gasket two years ago. Car trouble is never a fun experience and it cost me $3,000 in repairs, but Sam made the process as painless as possible. I have been coming to this dealership because of him ever since. I had to return a few days after the head gasket was repaired because my car was leaking oil. He told me the repairs would be completely free of charge because the oil was leaking due to an error on behalf of their service department. He was very apologetic. I feel he is very honest and does not try to trick me into making unnecessary repairs or talk me into unnecessary preventative maintenance. I do not know much about car repairs and have felt that in the past I was taken advantage of at other service locations because of that lack of knowledge. I never feel that way when dealing with Sam and that is truly refreshing. I would highly recommend Sam Gilani from Fladeboe Honda! He is the best! More
It's a long story as to why I needed to bring my 2009 Accord in for a new starter, but Fladeboe Honda stepped up for me in a big way. The service wasn't covered under warranty (that's the long story), but ultimately Fladeboe got in the middle so I didn't have to pay them and then try to collect from an out of state Honda dealer because of the problem the out of state dealer caused. Look, I can bring the car to most places to get "things" fixed, but this was exactly the customer service I was looking for. Because they understood the human (and not just mechanical) side of service, they're looking at a long-term customer. Thanks to all those who helped! More
