We brought the car in because, if it sat for a few days it had to be jump started. Friday morning soon after the car was taken in we were told the battery tested good and they would have to do further test it had to be jump started. I finally got a hold of my advisor on Tuesday, and was told they couldn't find anything wrong with the car and we could have picked it up Monday (again no communication at ALL). After getting off the phone I received a texted that they were going to do further testing (my guess is it would not start). Then was told the battery was not holding a charge and needed to be replaced. Now with the NEW battery, the car had to be jumped after sitting for a few days!!! APPARENTLY it was NOT the battery!!! Once again I find myself VERY disappointed in the service department! More
